Ashley LLano – Yoga Educator and Mentor
Ashley LLano grew up in North County San Diego, immersed in the rich culture of yoga. She began her yoga journey at the age of 12 with a meditation series at the YMCA and incorporated yoga into her routine as a competitive gymnast during her adolescence. These early experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for balance, both on and off the mat.
In 1999, Ashley began practicing yoga regularly, feeling an immediate connection to its transformative power. Since completing her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2009, Ashley has continued to deepen her knowledge and refine her teaching skills through a wide array of advanced training:

Ashley is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), equipping her to offer advanced learning opportunities to yoga teachers. Her extensive experience includes mentoring new and experienced teachers, leading workshops, and facilitating teacher trainings. Ashley specializes in therapeutic yoga and hands-on adjustments, creating a practice environment where students feel supported, calm, and safe.
Known for her gentle heart and accessible teaching style, Ashley integrates essential oils and hands-on adjustments to help deepen the body-mind connection. Her passion lies in guiding others—whether they are students or teachers—to connect with their inner strength, fluidity, and authenticity on their yoga journey.
Ashley is committed to helping teachers develop their confidence, refine their skills, and expand their understanding of yoga, both as a practice and a profession.
